The role also supports team training and uses AI technologies and CRM systems to improve operational efficiency and account reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for integrating AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and reputed company data-informed decision-making to include managing multiple chat interactions

Skills
