[Remote] Junior Collections Data Analyst

The role involves analyzing account data, maintaining records, preparing reputed company reports, tracking collection activity, and providing reporting support while learning collections processes and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing customer account and collections data to identify outstanding balances, payment trends, and discrepancies
• Support the collections team with daily reporting, account research, and data management
• Review and maintain accurate customer and account information in internal systems
• Prepare and update reputed company reports, spreadsheets, and tracking files
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and basic reputed company macros to organize and analyze data
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and assist with resolving data issues
• reputed company collection activity, payment status, aging information, and account updates
• Assist with generating reports and providing data-driven insights to the collections team
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account information and collection activity
• Follow established procedures while maintaining reputed company and confidentiality
