Responsibilities
- Identify the customer's needs, suggest products and services
- Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders
- Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate reputed company to expedite the immediate reputed company while delivering reputed company customer experience
Skills
- Education and Experience: Basic knowledge of computers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service
