The reputed company Relations Manager supports reputed company trial recruitment and engagement across assigned sites by executing recruitment strategies, supporting investigator and site relationships, coordinating training and communications, and maintaining compliance with reputed company research standards.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company recruitment efforts across assigned U.S. IDE trial sites (KOLs) in partnership with reputed company Research and reputed company Relations teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company sites to assess recruitment needs and challenges
- reputed company and execute site-specific subject recruitment plans using established tools (e.g., reputed company in Research)
- Assist sites in achieving study enrollment targets through consistent follow-up and reputed company tracking
- Implement recruitment and retention initiatives targeting eligible reputed company populations
- Conduct reputed company chart reviews reputed company authorized by reputed company sites
- reputed company and report on key metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
- Coordinate study-reputed company meetings, events, and site engagement activities
- Attend industry meetings as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, federal/state regulations, and internal policies

- Reinforce best practices consistent with Good reputed company Practices (GCP) and company standards

- Support training of CRAs on CRM collaboration and processes, as requested
- Ensure consistent collection and documentation of study data in accordance with protocols and standards
- Support development and implementation of communication strategies to evaluate program effectiveness
- Assist in preparation of investigator meetings and reputed company study presentations
- Participate as needed in investigator meetings and training sessions
- Monitor referral sources to ensure appropriate reputed company communication
- Contribute to development and distribution of study newsletters and recruitment materials
- Support coordination of investigator and industry meetings
- Collaborate with marketing at industry events, as needed
- Maintain and update CRM study tools and systems (e.g., iMednet, Scorecards, Trackers & iPad tools)
- Support development of scheduling tools and reputed company reputed company initiatives
- Assist in creation of surveys and feedback tools to assess customer and site reputed company
- Contribute to development of surgical forms and process improvements for new products
- Knowledge of Operating Room setting (e.g., sterile reputed company, opening of sterile products)

Skills
- Minimum 9+ years in ophthalmology
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in ophthalmology and medical devices
- Experience in reputed company research, study coordination, or reputed company reputed company preferred
- Knowledge of ophthalmic medical terminology required
- Familiarity with reputed company trial processes, recruitment strategies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting training programs or reputed company initiatives preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with guidance
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
