[Remote] Instructional Designer (Analyst)

The Instructional Designer (Analyst) designs, develops, manages, and evaluates learning programs and training materials that prepare independent agents to support reputed company’ clients and improve reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal team members, reputed company partners, and SMEs to translate business objectives into synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions and to ensure materials are accurate and effective
• Plan, organize, and reputed company cross-functional meetings to analyze data, problem-solve, reputed company data reputed company reputed company and improve agent reputed company

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media or relevant program or certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience designing training curricula and reputed company corresponding program reputed company, including product, behavioral, and systems training, or 3 years of experience in a reputed company reputed company (such as education, design, etc.)
• Ability to write effectively for a reputed company of audiences, including learners, peers, and leadership
