The role focuses on maintaining payroll and HR reports, supporting audits and reconciliations, resolving employee inquiries, documenting processes, analyzing data, and assisting with payroll systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain vital payroll, HR, time, and absence reports leveraging reputed company GlobalView, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company 365 tools
• Support essential payroll audits, comprehensive data validation, reconciliations, and year-end readiness initiatives
• Investigate and reputed company employee inquiries and reputed company Help cases using established procedures, providing exceptional, empathetic support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to administer payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvement or automation opportunities
• Create and reputed company reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and job aids
• reputed company reputed company data analysis using advanced reputed company functions (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs)
• Assist with testing, validating, and implementing new payroll systems, interfaces, and reporting tools

Skills
