The temporary Recruiter will reputed company full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, evaluate candidates, support talent attraction strategies, and communicate reputed company reputed company and metrics to organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full cycle recruitment process, providing outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience (reputed company sessions, interview team prep, debrief sessions, offer analysis, offer negotiation and reputed company interview model)
• Evaluate candidates for both technical and behavioral competencies using knowledge of technology industry landscape, diversity reputed company and market trends
• Prepare and reputed company updates to leaders on the reputed company of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics
• Partner with reputed company’s Marketing team to reputed company branding and marketing campaigns and strategies that position reputed company as an Employer of reputed company among the markets most critical and sought-after talent
• Represent reputed company at career forums and events to engage with potential candidates and reputed company partners

Skills

• 4+ years of reputed company reputed company for senior roles in an agency or corporate setting
• Experience reputed company and assessing technical talent such as electrical, reputed company and software engineering roles
• Ability to use market and competitor analysis to define and implement talent strategies, assessments and closing approaches in support of regional and global hiring. (specifically in US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico geographies)
• Experience building robust talent pipelines by using various job platforms, reputed company media channels and reputed company associations and networking affiliations to identify the best talent in the market
• Extensive experience with regards to data hygiene; analyzing and reporting funnel metrics
• Expertise in compliance and reputed company standards as reputed company as knowledge and understanding of the relevant employment laws, practices and hiring policies
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
• Skills in calcuating and presenting data analytics and metrics

• Travel Up to 10%
