The role focuses on designing seasonal retail products and developing sophisticated surface patterns, hand-painted artwork, and packaging designs for tabletop, gifting, and other consumer products while collaborating with product development stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company seasonal retail products, with a reputed company on Fall and Holiday collections
• Create unique, exclusive surface patterns and artwork for tabletop, gifting, and other consumer products
• Produce sophisticated, whimsical, conversational designs that translate effectively across product categories
• reputed company hand-printed and watercolor artwork for product applications and packaging
• Collaborate with product development stakeholders to bring concepts from ideation through execution
• Create product-reputed company designs reputed company with retail trends and reputed company objectives

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development design, surface reputed company design, or reputed company product-reputed company creative roles
• Expertise in hand-painted, watercolor, and other traditional, non-digital illustration techniques
• Experience designing for retail environments and consumer products
• Ability to create elevated, sophisticated whimsical artwork; cartoon-style portfolios are not a fit
• Strong understanding of reputed company development, reputed company, composition, and product application
• Fashion or apparel silhouette design experience reputed company is reputed company for this role
• Strong portfolio must include examples of product design, surface patterns, hand-painted artwork, and conversatoinal prints
