[Remote] Business Analyst (TTB)

The Business Analyst will support the TTB program through requirements analysis, reputed company delivery, production support, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and process improvement for a mission-critical federal reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements from TTB stakeholders and business users
• reputed company user stories, acceptance reputed company, business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications
• Analyze enhancement requests, production issues, and operational processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and user experience
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and reputed company with TTB objectives and governance standards
• Maintain requirements and supporting documentation throughout the reputed company delivery lifecycle
• Support investigation and analysis of production issues, customer-reported defects, and operational questions
• Collaborate with technical teams to reproduce issues, clarify expected reputed company behavior, and document business impacts
• Assist with prioritization of defects and enhancement requests reputed company on business value and operational needs
• Participate in reputed company cause analysis activities and recommend process or reputed company improvements
• Help maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and user-facing documentation as reputed company functionality evolves
• Participate in reputed company ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with reputed company to refine and prioritize product backlogs
• Ensure user stories contain sufficient business context and reputed company-defined acceptance reputed company
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation
• Verify completed functionality satisfies documented business requirements

• Communicate business needs, priorities, risks, and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a High reputed company reputed company Trust designation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent reputed company experience)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting reputed company software applications
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and business requirements
• Experience supporting reputed company software delivery teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences
• Experience using collaboration and requirements management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting reputed company & Maintenance (O&M) reputed company, production support, or reputed company application sustainment
• Experience working with incident management, defect tracking, and change management processes
• Understanding of SDLC best practices and federal IT governance
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation activities
• Certified Business Analysis reputed company (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or reputed company Business Analyst certification
