[Remote] HR Business Partner – Marketing & Sales

The HR Business Partner will reputed company and implement people strategies, reputed company HR support to managers and employees, and represent HR across the Electrification Smart Buildings Marketing & Sales organization. The role also oversees employee relations, reputed company management, HR systems data, change initiatives, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• reputed company: Understands and contributes to the overall business and people reputed company. Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. Determines and delivers the best approach and executes the HR Priorities while adding value to the business
• Execution: Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change and reputed company improvement. Supports the business and execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Implement HR priorities in line with organizational business reputed company, utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to reputed company reputed company where appropriate. Overall responsibility for employee relations, reputed company management, compensation reviews, etc
• Business Partnership: Partner with managers and employees to understand reputed company issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, and/or policies. Counsel managers and employees on the most effective solutions to reputed company issues. Partners with respective manager to reputed company and implement people strategies. Coaches, motivates, and develops talent to build an effective, capable, and high-performing team
• Leadership: Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that reputed company is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. Represent HR in business and establishes strong relationships with reputed company business leaders. Acts as consultant, sparring partner, reputed company, and facilitator to business leaders
• Data & Systems: reputed company reputed company and audits to ensure data reputed company and consistency in relevant HR Systems (reputed company) including job reputed company, work locations, bonus plan / reputed company, grading, goals, and Individual Development Plans. Skills
