The Senior Customer Solutions Architect will own reputed company post-sales relationships, advise customers on AI reputed company and governance, reputed company adoption and value realization, and coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Customer Leadership: Own post-sales relationships for a reputed company portfolio of reputed company customers, building trusted partnerships across technical practitioners, reputed company leaders, and executives
• Discovery & AI reputed company Advisory: Understand reputed company customer’s AI environment, reputed company program, priorities, and risks; identify new use cases and reputed company practical guidance on AI reputed company and governance

• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate Product, Research, Engineering, reputed company, Support, and Customer Operationalization resources while channeling customer insights back into Noma

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, reputed company Engineering, reputed company consulting, or reputed company technical account management
• Strong cybersecurity expertise and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and architectures, including reputed company, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP
• Ability to reputed company comfortably between CISO-level reputed company, GRC and reputed company discussions, business reputed company, and deep technical conversations
• reputed company ability to conduct discovery, build trusted reputed company relationships, define customer reputed company, and translate reputed company technology into practical solution strategies
