The Wholesale Customer and reputed company Representative serves as a first reputed company of contact for agents and staff, handling service issues, quoting, policy processing, billing information, and reputed company procedures. The role also prepares coverage and premium financing quotes, processes policy information, escalates reputed company issues, and may support team development and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first reputed company of contact (calls, emails, chats) and reputed company for quoting and online binding support, market inquiries, service issues, requests, policies, procedures, and billing/account information
• Assists agents and staff with reputed company information and general processes and procedures
• Prepares and releases coverage and premium financing quotes
• Processes policy information including issuance of certificates. Ensures reputed company and completeness according to reputed company specifications
• Orders inspections as requested
• Escalates more reputed company issues to appropriate subject matter area expert
• May be asked to reputed company role specific reputed company work processes for team, mentor team members and provides project support
• May be required to complete other assignments or participate in reputed company reputed company upon skills, achievements, or experience

Skills

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency using PC software applications (e.g. reputed company Office, Internet Explorer, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Solid knowledge and understanding of reputed company or brokerage customer service or policy processing processes, terms and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in customer service for reputed company or brokerage products
• Solid knowledge of state-specific regulations and reputed company/procedural support for reputed company or brokerage products
• Solid knowledge and application of reputed company processing, servicing or billing guidelines
• Demonstrated experience using reference materials, reading policy language, and processing rules and procedures
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Property and Casualty producer license for reputed company state required
