The reputed company Team reputed company supports daily Senior Collections/SPOC reputed company by overseeing workflows, handling escalations, coaching specialists, and ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily SPOC team reputed company by monitoring queues, pipeline reputed company, and priorities to ensure service level agreements and reputed company objectives are met
• reputed company as the escalation reputed company for reputed company or sensitive borrower situations, including advanced delinquency resolutions, loss mitigation reputed company, disputed accounts, bankruptcy-reputed company reputed company, and regulatory or investor concerns
• reputed company inbound and outbound SPOC customer reputed company on escalated accounts, modeling best practices in customer communication, negotiation, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to monitor key reputed company indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and reputed company insights or recommendations to improve team reputed company and borrower experience
• Support reputed company, training, coaching, and mentoring of new and existing Senior Collections Specialists, including reputed company-by-reputed company support and refresher training on systems, policies, and investor guidelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SPOC processes, investor programs (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC), and loss mitigation reputed company such as forbearance, loan modification, short sale, and reputed company in lieu
• Review account activity, documentation, and notes to ensure reputed company, completeness, and compliance with regulatory, investor, and company standards
• Assist with workflow coordination, daily questions, and issue reputed company during supervisor absences or reputed company volume periods
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, audits, special reputed company, and operational reviews as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Typically requires 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with strong emphasis on SPOC, loss mitigation, and advanced collections
• Advanced understanding of SPOC reputed company, loss mitigation workflows, and collections best practices
• Strong knowledge of investor guidelines and programs, including FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC
• Working knowledge of state and federal Fair Debt Collection laws, U.S. Bankruptcy reputed company, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to handle reputed company borrower interactions with professionalism, reputed company, and strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company account scenarios and reputed company reputed company recommendations
