Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer || Onsite in Johnson reputed company, TN

reputed company is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to support secure and resilient OT environments for water, wastewater, reputed company, and other critical infrastructure systems. The role designs, deploys, administers, troubleshoots, and standardizes industrial networks, reputed company infrastructure, virtualization, SCADA systems, remote reputed company, and cybersecurity controls while supporting reputed company deployments and customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure OT network architectures and cybersecurity controls for water, wastewater, reputed company, and critical infrastructure environments
• reputed company, administer, troubleshoot, and support industrial network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and cellular communications
• Install, configure, maintain, reputed company, reputed company, and secure reputed company Server and reputed company Workstation environments supporting OT reputed company
• Configure and administer reputed company reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and reputed company reputed company infrastructure services
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vSphere, and reputed company reputed company-V
• Design, reputed company, support, and migrate secure remote-reputed company solutions, including IPsec VPNs and other approved remote connectivity technologies
• Support SCADA, HMI, PLC, alarming, telemetry, and other OT systems, including communications and connectivity
• Configure and maintain remote-site communications technologies, including cellular modems and operational notification systems
• reputed company technical recommendations for infrastructure design, hardware selection, project estimates, and customer solutions
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve reputed company reliability, maintainability, reputed company, and cybersecurity
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration standards, installation documentation, and technical support procedures
• Implement cybersecurity controls including reputed company hardening, vulnerability remediation, reputed company protection, certificate management, network segmentation, and secure remote reputed company

• Support reputed company startup, commissioning, maintenance, warranty activities, managed services, and incident response

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT, OT, industrial networking, reputed company, or critical infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated experience deploying, administering, and supporting servers, workstations, networks, and virtualization technologies
• Experience supporting customer-facing reputed company, reputed company deployments, commissioning, and operational support activities
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Server, reputed company Workstation, reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, reputed company management, reputed company hardening, and reputed company infrastructure services
• Strong understanding of virtualization, backup, and recovery technologies, including VMware ESXi, vSphere, reputed company-V, reputed company, reputed company, and similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of industrial and reputed company networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewall policies, wireless networking, cellular communications, network reputed company, and secure remote reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company Trust architecture and secure IT/OT integration principles
• Working knowledge of industrial networking and reputed company technologies such as reputed company firewalls and switches, FortiAP, FortiSIEM, FortiNAC, reputed company firewalls and switches, Palo reputed company, Allen-Bradley Stratix, Hirschmann, reputed company, and comparable technologies
• Ability to design, reputed company, maintain, troubleshoot, and support industrial network infrastructure, firewall environments, remote-reputed company solutions, and secure connectivity platforms
• Working knowledge of OT environments, including SCADA, HMI, PLCs, industrial automation, industrial communications, telemetry, alarming, remote reputed company, and remote-site connectivity
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, including reputed company hardening, vulnerability remediation, reputed company protection, certificate management, network segmentation, secure remote reputed company, and defense-in-depth strategies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices applicable to reputed company and industrial environments, including NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, reputed company guidance, and EPA cybersecurity recommendations
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration standards, installation records, and operational procedures
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reputed company cause analysis capabilities across servers, workstations, network infrastructure, virtualization, communications, and OT environments

• Experience in water, wastewater, industrial automation, SCADA, utilities, or other critical infrastructure environments is preferred
