[Remote] Medicare Member Services Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, part of reputed company, is seeking a Medicare Member Services Representative to support members and providers of its reputed company reputed company Medicare plan. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, researches and resolves Medicare-reputed company issues, verifies member information, and maintains accurate records while meeting department reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- 1. Verify member information while addressing general questions
- 2. Responds to and resolves reputed company issues/inquires to assure an efficient and reputed company member experience
- 3. Maintains reputed company channels of member communications doing reputed company as required
- 4. Understanding of Medicare claims processing, and reputed company inquiries
- 5. Meets reputed company production and reputed company standards, maintaining work queues according to department standards
- 6. Effectively communicates with reputed company staff
- 7. Elevates issues to next level of supervision, as appropriate
- 8. Ensures reputed company of information gathered and shared on a member’s behalf
- 9. Attends reputed company required training classes, demonstrating proficiency and ability to learn
- 10. Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Management Team
- 11. Maintain accurate documents, including timekeeping records
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience with handling Medicare claims or reputed company experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to answer phone calls for extended periods of time
- Lifting 10-25 lbs
- Travel Requirement: 0%-25%
- Working Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and managing files and records
- Ability to take direction and to reputed company through multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
- Ability to solve problems with predefined reputed company and guidelines to reputed company improved efficiencies and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Medical reputed company services process
- Requires exceptional attention to reputed company, the ability to be organized and to be reputed company to reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously

- Associate Degree, or greater, in reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Three (3) plus years' experience in a fast-reputed company reputed company environment with processing and/or customer service experience
- Two (2) years' experience in Medicare benefits
- Two (2) years' experience in knowledge of CMS guidelines
- Experience supporting Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), including working knowledge of reputed company benefits, care coordination, eligibility requirements, and the integration of Medicare and reputed company services to support reputed company member needs
- Experience assisting members with D-SNP eligibility determinations, enrollment processes, benefit-reputed company inquiries, and navigation of Medicare and reputed company resources to ensure an exceptional member experience
