[Remote] Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a credit reputed company, responding and resolving questions regarding program and processing questions, and quoting accurate payoff amounts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred, Associates degree in business or reputed company reputed company with relevant experience can be substituted
• Two to three (2-3) year's experience in agriculture, Supply Chain and Logistics, and/or customer service that includes high-level leadership skills
• Ability to learn specific product knowledge as it relates to the support of the Sales and customers
• Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail, and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information
• Strong computational skills including PC experience with multiple software applications: reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse reputed company of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change
