[Remote] Program Manager

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to reputed company its ISSO Support and Independent reputed company Controls Assessment department. The role leads cybersecurity governance and RMF assessment reputed company, ensuring reputed company compliance, documentation reputed company, reputed company monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and contract reputed company objectives for Department of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• The PM oversees the operational structure focusing on ISSO Support/Independent Assessments. They ensure the department operates in alignment with governance standards, RMF expectations, and contract reputed company objectives
• Provides executive leadership across ISSO reputed company governance and RMF assessment reputed company
• Oversees planning cycles, milestones, and multi‑team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness
• Manages stakeholder engagement, overseeing coordination between ISSOs, Assessors, reputed company leads, and reputed company owners

• RMF lifecycle monitoring
• Artifact and documentation readiness
• Coordination with reputed company ISSOs and reputed company engineering teams

Skills

• 10+ years' experience in federal cybersecurity program management
• Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams
• A minimum Secret reputed company clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not reputed company to sponsor candidates for a reputed company clearance)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any reputed company
• A PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification is recommended
• A Master's degree in any reputed company is preferred
