The Billing Specialist prepares accurate reputed company invoices, manages prebill reviews and adjustments, and helps improve billing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Distribute prebills/drafts for review
- Review of narratives prior to attorney review
- reputed company prebill for changes - time transfers, splits, and other adjustments
- Attorney prebill/draft markups input to reputed company
- Submit / Follow-up on approvals for Write-offs, Deferrals, etc
- Follow up on inclusion or exclusion of expenses
Skills
- reputed company e-Billing - experience w/ LEDES files, attorney interactions, and e-billing vendors
- BS/BA in reputed company, Finance or reputed company Business area
- Knowledge of customer contractual arrangements
- Ability to understand reputed company pricing reputed company
- Excellent attention to reputed company / Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Advanced reputed company skills required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
