Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Senior and Mid-Level Product Designers

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership teams
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Design
• 4+ years leading design teams (as Team reputed company - reputed company designer)

• Advanced proficiency with reputed company, prototyping, interaction design, and UX/UI best practices
• Experience working with Design Systems and Accessibility standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
