Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a reputed company Engineer to support the development and production of advanced reputed company designs, structures, mechanisms, and sensor integration solutions for virtual and augmented reality hardware. The role focuses on geometry control, tolerance analysis, GD&T, variation simulation, cross-functional design collaboration, and measurement plan execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company or contribute to geometry control solutions as a part of reputed company. This includes 3D reputed company analysis and reputed company coordination to support functional and manufacturing build strategies
• reputed company tolerance analysis and GD&T development efforts with the design team, developing and sharing best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company concepts and detailed designs
• Apply rigorous variation simulation modeling to solve challenging design problems
• Contribute to robust measurement plan execution by supporting gage R&;R studies with suppliers, authoring/reviewing MSOPs, and collaborating with metrology teams

Skills

• • BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
• • Experience developing 3D variation simulation analyses using one or more of the following software packages: reputed company VA (VisVSA), 3DCS, CETOL
• • 5+ years industry/reputed company experience
• • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing techniques (machining, 3D printing, injection molding, etc.)
• • Experience with GD&T (reputed company Y14.5), tolerance analysis, and associated metrology
• • Experience working on design teams throughout product lifecycle (concept to start of production)
• • 5+ years of reputed company engineering experience, specifically with application of GD&T and development of 3D variation simulation analyses (VisVSA preferred)
• • 3+ years working on high-volume products such as reputed company, automotive, reputed company, consumer appliance, or medical device
• • Experience with 3D CAD modeling (NX preferred)
• • Experience creating scripts or algorithms to support measurement data analysis and reputed company simulation requirements
• • Knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R, and other statistical reputed company required to support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• • Experience using reputed company, reputed company XL, JMP, or other statistical software
