The role focuses on NLU reputed company taxonomy governance, Dialogflow CX development, conversation design, testing and evaluation, release management, stakeholder collaboration, technical leadership, and reputed company optimization for telecommunications and contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the conversational AI **reputed company taxonomy**, including reputed company creation, merging, deprecation, naming conventions, documentation, and governance standards
• Design, reputed company, and maintain high-reputed company conversational flows and NLU models for production contact center environments
• Maintain and optimize large-reputed company reputed company models with **150+ intents**
• Design disambiguation prompts, slot/parameter capture, fulfillment logic, routing, and escalation behavior

Skills

• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a production reputed company model containing 150+ intents
• Strong experience with NLU, reputed company classification, entity/parameter extraction, conversation design, and dialog management
• Hands-on experience with generative and reputed company conversational AI capabilities
• Experience with Playbooks, generators, data store agents, tools/connectors, guardrails, or comparable CES capabilities
• Practical experience with conversational AI evaluation tooling, test-case instrumentation, regression testing, and environment/version management
• Experience supporting production contact center conversational AI solutions
