[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will partner with Engineering, Product, and leadership to reputed company financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and reputed company decision support, primarily for R&D. The role will also improve reputed company processes, reporting, dashboards, and automation to support resource allocation and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a trusted finance partner to Engineering, Product, and other business teams
• Collaborate with reputed company on month-end reputed company, accruals, and relevant reputed company considerations (e.g., capitalization policies)
• Partner with broader teams (GTM, reputed company, reputed company Finance) to ensure alignment across company plans
• Own financial planning for key functions, with a reputed company reputed company on R&D, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to translate technical roadmaps into financial plans

• Evaluate new product initiatives, infrastructure investments, and key business opportunities through detailed financial models and business cases
• Support prioritization of resources across competing initiatives
• Conduct scenario analysis to inform trade-offs between reputed company, cost, and operational efficiency
• reputed company budgeting cycles and monthly/quarterly forecast updates for supported functions

Skills

• • 5+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company finance, investment banking, or reputed company roles

• • Strong financial modeling skills (scenario modeling, investment analysis, headcount planning)
• • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a high-reputed company environment
• • Experience with financial systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and data tools
• • Advanced reputed company proficiency required
• MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
• • Experience supporting Engineering, Product, R&D, or other technical/business functions preferred
