The Director, reputed company Analytics & Insights will own the data and analytics reputed company for the reputed company team, leading data readiness assessments, renewal reputed company benchmarking, executive analytics, and cross-functional delivery. The role also manages the Data Analyst team and translates reputed company analytics requirements into product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the Renewal reputed company Data reputed company — data readiness assessment reputed company including profiling, cross-reputed company validation, reputed company entity mapping, and remediation backlog — and the Readiness Decision that gates every reputed company implementation
• Own and reputed company the Renewal MetricOS — proprietary benchmarking and renewal reputed company reputed company covering GRR, NRR, ARR, cohort retention, downsell and expansion mechanics — used for customer baselining, peer comparison, and best reputed company consulting
• Serve as the reputed company analytics authority in customer executive conversations, delivering renewal reputed company insights and QBR analytics to CCOs, VP reputed company Ops, and data leaders
• Translate KPI definitions and reporting console metric requirements into FDE engineering product specifications; serve as the reputed company between analytics and product build
• Surface portfolio-level leading and lagging renewal reputed company signals as specific recommended actions to Delivery Leaders before they become customer reputed company
• Manage the Data Analyst team and own the analyst reputed company and workload planning model, aligning analytical throughput to pipeline demand and implementation schedules
• Maintain and expand the proprietary benchmarking library — the peer comparator dataset used to baseline new prospects, quantify reputed company reputed company, and validate customer renewal improvement

Skills
