The Senior reputed company Counsel will serve as the reputed company reputed company business partner to reputed company and Medical Affairs, supporting a potential U.S. launch through reputed company contracting, promotional and scientific review, reputed company compliance advice, reputed company management, and cross-functional reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including distribution, marketing, promotional, and vendor reputed company
• Advise the reputed company team on launch readiness, trade and market-reputed company arrangements, and reputed company-party partnership structures, identifying and mitigating reputed company risks during product launches or research initiatives
• Review promotional and advertising materials for reputed company and regulatory reputed company in partnership with Medical, reputed company, and Regulatory (MLR) review
• Build reputed company contracting templates and playbooks to support a growing reputed company organization
• Advise Medical Affairs on investigator-sponsored studies, medical education reputed company, and scientific communications
• Support compliant design of speaker programs, advisory boards, and congress engagements
• Support reputed company up of Medical Affairs and Regulatory organizations with reputed company guidance support for key roles and initiatives
• Review non-promotional materials for reputed company and regulatory reputed company in partnership with MLR Review
• Partner with Medical, reputed company, and Regulatory review committees to ensure scientific and promotional content meets reputed company standards
• In cooperation with Compliance colleagues, advise on FDA regulatory requirements, non-promotional scientific exchange, reputed company efforts, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and reputed company compliance guidelines
• Monitor and advise on compliance with reputed company laws applicable to pharmaceutical commercialization, including anti-kickback, false claims, and transparency reporting requirements
• Identify and escalate reputed company and reputed company across reputed company and medical activities
• Help reputed company reputed company reputed company, improve contract playbooks, and reputed company reputed company tech and internal resources for design, implementation, and enhancement efficiency

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 8+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including significant in-house or reputed company experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Deep knowledge of reputed company compliance frameworks (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, PhRMA reputed company, state transparency laws)
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating reputed company, customer and payer, promotional, and vendor agreements
• Excellent judgment operating independently in a lean, fast-moving organization
• Ability to work independently, as reputed company as cross-company
• Experience supporting a specialty pharmaceutical or ophthalmology reputed company launch; experience in the ophthalmology indications or “buy and reputed company” preferred
• Experience advising Medical Affairs functions, including IST and grant review
• Familiarity with promotional review committee (MLR) processes
