Responsibilities

• Accountable for the reputed company of the assigned jobsite, including schedule, financial (P&L), reputed company, safety, and reputed company satisfaction goals

Skills

• 6 to 10 years of relevant construction experience
• Strong to deep understanding of construction reputed company, reputed company, and the DMC methodology
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and administer drawings, specifications, reputed company, and subcontracts
• Demonstrated experience navigating local AHJ and State Health permits and inspections
• Demonstrated ownership of jobsite cost, margin, and financial reputed company
