Key Responsibilities reputed company and support the migration of CA Gen / reputed company Gen / COOL applications to modern technology platforms. Analyze existing CA Gen applications, architecture, reputed company, dependencies, and business functionality. reputed company and execute migration strategies, roadmaps, and technical approaches. reputed company hands-on technical leadership throughout the modernization and migration lifecycle. Work extensively with COBOL-reputed company legacy systems and understand existing application architecture. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and challenges associated with legacy application migration. Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful migration reputed company. reputed company technical guidance, design recommendations, and best practices for modernization initiatives. Troubleshoot reputed company technical issues and support application conversion, integration, and testing activities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with CA Gen / reputed company Gen / COOL. Strong hands-on COBOL development and/or architecture experience. reputed company experience successfully migrating CA Gen applications to modern technologies.
