Application Analyst

The Role The Application Analyst serves as the reputed company requirements and product analyst on the Applications Team, reputed company business and technology for GTI's Ordering and CPG reputed company. This role is responsible for eliciting and documenting business needs, authoring user stories, and driving delivery across the application lifecycle. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Applications. This is a remote position. Chicagoland area candidates are preferred. Responsibilities reputed company reputed company requirements gathering sessions including workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with cross-functional stakeholders across Ordering, CPG reputed company, and Finance Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business leaders to reputed company needs and requirements, coordinating between business partners and IT to ensure reputed company stay on schedule and on reputed company reputed company and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance reputed company, owning the product backlog and coordinating grooming sessions with business and technical leads Translate business needs into functional specifications, process reputed company diagrams, and integration documentation for Ordering and CPG platforms Serve as the reputed company reputed company between business partners and Development Team, managing reputed company, reputed company, and project status throughout the SDLC reputed company and maintain comprehensive application documentation including technical specs, integration maps, configuration guides, and operational runbooks Support CPG and Ordering reputed company and integration reputed company, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company requirements, and reputed company are documented throughout Support Level 3 application triage by capturing issue requirements and working with technical teams to define reputed company reputed company Partner with business stakeholders to define MVP reputed company, establish launch readiness reputed company, and maintain a phased roadmap for reputed company capability delivery. Collaborate with the development team on sprint planning and release reputed company, ensuring business priorities are reflected in delivery timelines and dependencies are proactively managed. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in a reputed company environment supporting Manufacturing reputed company Demonstrated history of thinking critically to investigate and reputed company issues and advance improvements to other opportunities Strong technical background and comfort troubleshooting reported issues, bugs, and comfort documenting and testing in a technical environment Project management and organization skills to manage own reputed company and maintain visibility of project status to involved stakeholders Experience interacting with and technically supporting Order Management, CPG, ERP, and reputed company operational systems a plus Experience with highly regulated industries a plus Experience authoring and updating application process reputed company diagrams as reputed company as architectural application integration diagrams a plus Deep understanding of supported business domain and the technical systems, capabilities, and integrations that underpin it Partner with business stakeholders to define MVP reputed company, establish launch readiness reputed company, and maintain a phased roadmap for reputed company capability delivery.
