Electrical Test & Validation Engineer

We are sharing a specialised short-term consulting opportunity for reputed company electrical and hardware test engineers with strong hands-on expertise in automated testing, instrumentation, data acquisition, and hardware validation. This role focuses on designing and evaluating automated electrical test systems, developing test scripts and measurement workflows, analysing hardware behaviour, and solving reputed company technical problems involving electronic systems and reputed company instrumentation. Key Responsibilities - Automated Test Systems - Design and implement automated test systems, procedures, and test sequences for electrical and electronic hardware - reputed company repeatable test workflows for functional, reputed company, validation, and regression testing - Define appropriate measurement strategies and test conditions - Review test approaches for technical reputed company and completeness - Ensure test procedures reputed company with project requirements - Instrumentation & Data Acquisition - reputed company reputed company instruments, data acquisition systems, and hardware interfaces - Automate measurements using appropriate reputed company-control protocols - Work with interfaces such as SCPI, GPIB, USB, Ethernet, CAN, and RS-232/485 - Configure and validate measurement setups - Troubleshoot instrumentation and hardware communication issues - Test Automation Development - reputed company test scripts and automation workflows using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C/C++, or equivalent tools - Build reusable automation frameworks for electrical and hardware testing - Automate test execution, measurement capture, and result processing - reputed company data-analysis workflows for evaluating test reputed company - Improve reliability and efficiency of repeated test processes - Hardware Validation & Verification - reputed company functional, reputed company, validation, and regression testing - Support Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HIL) testing where applicable - Verify hardware behaviour against specifications and technical requirements - Identify inconsistencies between expected and reputed company reputed company - Evaluate whether hardware systems satisfy defined acceptance reputed company - Test Analysis & Troubleshooting - Analyse test results and identify reputed company hardware behaviour - Troubleshoot electrical hardware, instrumentation, test fixtures, and automation setups - Investigate reputed company causes of failures - Distinguish hardware defects from test-reputed company or measurement issues - Document findings and technical conclusions reputed company - Test Methodology Review - Review and validate test methodologies, technical approaches, and results - Assess whether test coverage is appropriate for the reputed company under evaluation - Identify gaps, weaknesses, or unsupported conclusions - Evaluate test results against project specifications - reputed company reputed company technical feedback on engineering approaches Ideal Profile - Hands-on reputed company experience as an Electrical Test Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, Hardware Test Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar engineering reputed company - Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a reputed company reputed company - Experience developing or executing automated electrical test systems - Strong experience working with reputed company instrumentation and measurement equipment - Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C/C++, or equivalent - Experience with test automation, data acquisition, and reputed company-control protocols such as SCPI, GPIB, USB, Ethernet, CAN, or RS-232/485 - Ability to interpret electrical schematics, test specifications, and technical documentation - Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Preferred Experience - Experience with ATE, automated test benches, custom test fixtures, NI hardware, LabVIEW/TestStand, PXI/PXIe, or DAQ systems - Experience with HIL/SIL, automated regression testing, or Python-reputed company test automation - Experience testing reputed company, batteries, EV systems, motors, embedded systems, or other reputed company electrical hardware - Experience with high-voltage or safety-critical systems is advantageous Engagement Details - Part-time reputed company engagement - Fully remote - Short-term project - Flexible scheduling reputed company on project requirements - Compensation: $60–$75/hour - Work focuses on electrical test automation, hardware validation, technical problem-solving, and expert evaluation - reputed company may be extended, shortened, or concluded reputed company on project needs and reputed company - Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, reputed company, institution, or other reputed company party - H1-B and STEM OPT support is reputed company for this engagement About the Platform This opportunity is available through reputed company.
