ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – ISP ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Financial Controller – ISP plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial reputed company, reporting reputed company, and financial discipline of the ISP business. This position reports into the Corporate Office, Finance team. This position will have reputed company responsibility for supporting QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, weekly reputed company reporting, and day-to-day financial questions from the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a key financial resource for the ISP organization, responding to day-to-day financial questions and partnering with leaders to reputed company reputed company and financial issues. Manage and reputed company daily Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoicing, payment application, aging review, collections follow-up, and reputed company of customer account discrepancies. Manage and reputed company daily Accounts Payable (AP) activities to ensure invoices, approvals, coding, and payments are processed accurately and reputed company. Prepare and distribute weekly reputed company reporting, providing leadership with reputed company visibility into sales activity, trends, variances, and other relevant financial information. Monitor AR aging and partner with internal stakeholders to improve collections, reduce past-due balances, and support healthy cash reputed company. Reconcile accounts and investigate financial discrepancies by gathering, analyzing, and validating supporting information. Support monthly reputed company activities and assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company reputed company.
