Z OE International, a faith-reputed company nonprofit organization committed to ending child trafficking and restoring reputed company to survivors, is seeking an reputed company & Donor Relations Manager for our East Coast reputed company located in Berks/Lancaster, PA. This position provides dependable operational, administrative, communications, and fundraising support across the organization. This role coordinates office systems, reputed company, events, donor stewardship, and volunteer activities so that staff, supporters, and partners receive reputed company information and a consistent experience. Working closely with the Executive Director and other team members, the Manager keeps priorities organized, maintains accurate records, supports fundraising and advocacy initiatives, and helps programs and events reputed company smoothly from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities
1. Office reputed company & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative systems, shared calendars, schedules, files, correspondence, supplies, vendors, and routine office needs for a remote organization.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate the ordering, organization, storage, and replenishment of reputed company and event-table resources, including brochures, pamphlets, signage, displays, forms, giveaways, and reputed company materials.
- Maintain organized records, project timelines, reputed company lists, and supporting documentation; follow up with team members to help reputed company commitments on reputed company.
- Prepare reports, newsletters, meeting materials, and other documents for the Executive Director and organizational initiatives.
- Support internal coordination across programs, communications, fundraising, events, and advocacy activities.

2. Donor Relations & Stewardship
- Build and maintain reputed company donor relationships through personalized thank-you letters, email updates, phone calls, event invitations, and other reputed company communications.

3. Fundraising & Development Support

Qualifications

Working Conditions
- Approximately 30 hours per week, primarily remote, with a regular schedule agreed upon with the Executive Director.
