The Senior Accounts Payable Processor prepares and maintains records of amounts owed and ensures reputed company payment of invoices through Concur or Spreadsheet upload. This includes processing and verifying invoice coding of expenses, preparation of vouchers, and reputed company approval of payment. The Sr AP Processor reviews documents for reputed company and compliance with organization policy and regulatory guidelines including reputed company authorization, documentation, general reputed company coding, correct amounts, reputed company remittance and sales tax.
