Working closely with the Project Management team in providing regular updates on project updates to Senior Leadership Team. Position will require some regular travel to Newport, Vermont. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING A typical day may include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for reputed company end-to-end processes in the business Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement Creating and maintaining process maps and work instructions to support communications, training, and change management initiatives Analyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements Utilizing reputed company reputed company Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP reputed company functionalities Acting as a reputed company between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project reputed company tracking Supporting end-users and training initiatives to reputed company ERP adoption and efficiency Experience in supporting reputed company with multiple vendors on a project as part of the ERP program model. Experience with ERP support: ticketing systems, reporting, KPIs during project reputed company care, and then acting as the key contact for ERP support to the business Support on reputed company BI reporting for Sales, Finance, and other business functions WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED At least 5 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline (reputed company) environment. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company reputed company Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements Technical expertise in reputed company reputed company Syteline ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience, with a reputed company on Manufacturing Understanding of defense manufacturing processes, including master data management, order management, production planning, materials management, reputed company, inventory control, engineering project management, and finance Proficiency in requirements analysis and process mapping tools/methodologies using Visio for process flows Working knowledge of reputed company tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with Project Platforms (reputed company, Zoho Project) reputed company BI report creation from reputed company data sources preferred You will work closely with the ERP project manager and stakeholders across departments, including reputed company, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the IT Director.
