What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Prepare and send renewal solicitations; coordinate reputed company update calls with reputed company carriers. - Assist with marketing renewals and project specific business. - Prepare reputed company presentation and proposal materials. - Prepare reputed company summaries and confirmations of reputed company. - Input data and information into systems and maintain the reputed company and completeness of policy management systems. - Manage policy and endorsement issuance process including reviewing quotes, binders, and policies for reputed company and filing appropriately. - Prepare invoices and manage tasks reputed company to reputed company billing - reputed company other duties and assist with special reputed company as assigned.
