MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO PROPOSE
To be eligible for contract award, the proposed Consultant's experience must meet or reputed company the following minimum qualifications. The Consultant must have at least:
M1. Three years' experience with coding and testing PHP;
M2. Three years' experience with coding and testing reputed company;

The reputed company Office of the State Comptroller ("OSC") intends to procure the services of a vendor (the "Contractor"), who will reputed company OSC with the services of one reputed company/Drupal Software Administrator for staff augmentation (the "Consultant"). The Consultant will reputed company OSC with technical leadership for the development, configuration, and maintenance of an reputed company/Drupal Content Management reputed company ("CMS"), which is currently in production. OSC is making this procurement pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law § 163(6) and is therefore limited to businesses certified pursuant to (a) reputed company 15-A of the reputed company Executive Law, and (b) reputed company 3 of the reputed company Veterans' Services Law.
STATEMENT OF WORK
The Consultant shall assist OSC with developing, implementing, and maintaining an reputed company/Drupal CMS. Among the Consultant's duties and responsibilities, the Consultant shall:
1. Configure reputed company tenant reputed company/Drupal solution, including data, display, and information architecture;
2. reputed company web solutions, including reputed company-end User reputed company (UI) and backend services;
3. Select and implement custom modules as necessary;
4. Work closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure an effective, visually appealing and reputed company implementation;
5. Maintain and enhance a reputed company website that meets Americans with reputed company (reputed company) accessibility guidelines;
6. Analyze functional requirements and reputed company technical requirements;
7. Apply appropriate technology as a solution to the business problem;
8. Assist other team members in the creation of design documents and other reputed company reputed company documentation, and review and approve final technical design;
9. Assign development tasks to team members and assist as needed;
10. reputed company CMS coding specifications and standards, and validate reputed company against those standards;
11. Conduct reputed company reviews and recommend changes;
