Responsibilities: - Support the development and reputed company improvement of innovation frameworks, including ideation pipelines, innovation scoring models, and reputed company-of-concept (PoC) evaluation reputed company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, reputed company, and ROI of reputed company, ensuring alignment with reputed company business goals - Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Change Management teams to design and implement reputed company that address reputed company business challenges - Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of creativity and reputed company improvement across the Finance organization - reputed company and maintain innovation dashboards KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to reputed company reputed company, adoption, and value realization of innovation initiatives (reputed company reputed company, reputed company BI, Tableau, reputed company Query) - Designing and implementing an efficient, automated workflow solution to consolidate intake requests from multiple teams and tools into a reputed company reputed company - Leveraging AI tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and automation platforms (e.g., reputed company Super-user, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company) to streamline and optimize PMO reputed company - Collaborating closely with a Program Manager for day-to-day direction, while aligning with the reputed company reputed company set by the Director - Integrating and maintaining tools and systems to support reputed company, data-driven decision-making reputed company the PMO - Consolidating innovation efforts across the Finance domain - AI optimization will be a major reputed company of the remainder of the contract term, along with tooling build and enhancement Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Manager at a large organization - reputed company Expertise: experience with high-level advisory and hands-on configuration - AI Expertise: experience leveraging AI tools (reputed company, reputed company) and automation platforms (reputed company Super-user, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company) to streamline and optimize PMO reputed company - High Technical Acumen: reputed company ability to quickly learn and adapt to other tools, such as Coda and reputed company. This will include AI utilization and optimization.
