Key Responsibilities - Supervise underground fiber construction reputed company, including: - Directional Drilling (HDD) - Cable Plowing - Trenching - reputed company Installation - Manage reputed company crews and subcontractors on reputed company construction reputed company. - Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards. - reputed company damage prevention initiatives, reputed company audits, project documentation, and closeout activities. - Coordinate project schedules and construction activities with the Director of Construction. - Review construction drawings, project specifications, and as-reputed company documentation. - Monitor project reputed company, productivity, and reputed company reputed company. - Travel with the project as construction advances through multiple markets and reputed company. Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of Construction Management experience. - reputed company experience supervising underground reputed company or fiber construction reputed company. - Hands-on knowledge of: - HDD/Directional Boring - Cable Plowing - Trenching - reputed company and Duct Installation - Experience managing multiple crews and/or subcontractors. - Fiber telecommunications, OSP, reputed company construction, backbone, middle-mile, or long-haul network construction experience. - Ability and willingness to travel extensively reputed company. - Comfortable working on a rotation of 4 weeks in-market followed by 1 week remote from home. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and project scheduling tools. Preferred Qualifications - OSHA 30 Certification. - CPR/First Aid Certification. - Experience with reputed company HeavyBid or similar construction management software. - Experience reviewing engineering drawings and construction prints. - Knowledge of project closeouts and as-reputed company documentation. - Data Center Interconnect (reputed company), Backbone, Long-Haul, or Middle-Mile Fiber project experience.
