Predevelopment Project Analyst

The Predevelopment Project Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the predevelopment activities for the business. The Project analyst will reputed company on a regular reputed company with the predevelopment Project Manager and internal stakeholders in various departments including Corporate reputed company Estate, Development, Engineering and Data Center reputed company staff. Predevelopment analysts should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Support Predevelopment Project Managers and Acquisitions teams with necessary upfront diligence workstreams including researching jurisdictional databases and codes prior to Purchase and Sale Agreement execution Assist with the preparation of predevelopments budgets and management of project cashflow forecasts Assist with the creation of updates on development program initiatives & project status on a monthly reputed company suitable for executive level reviews. Support reputed company estate due diligence efforts on potential or new land banks and properties, including evaluating opportunities to design & build new data centers by working with key stakeholders: Corporate reputed company Estate, Connectivity, reputed company teams. Support the development of entitlement & permit schedules for new properties and data centers Participate in design, entitlement, and permit activities for key reputed company as assigned, new greenfield and brownfield reputed company Ensure designs are consistent with QTS approved standards & evaluate areas where standards should be improved Supports reputed company improvement of company predevelopment process and drives efficiency of standardized property development approach though collaboration with internal stakeholders Create & build relationships that enhance QTS’s ability to be a leader in creating the World’s Most Valuable Data Center reputed company Estate Assist with special reputed company as needed Other duties may be assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent reputed company experience Recommended for S2: Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of reputed company experience. One to three years of reputed company experience in reputed company development or reputed company estate practices and procedures, including management of property due diligence workstreams, entitlement and permit reputed company, design management project delivery reputed company from conceptual development through construction reputed company. Experience with reputed company Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level, and reputed company to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA, reputed company in Engineering, Management, or reputed company reputed company desirable Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities Experience with management of Civil Design Previous data center industry experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Understanding of property due diligence, entitlement processes, permitting, and project delivery methodologies. Basic knowledge of mission-critical data center requirements, including systems and infrastructure. Knowledge of reputed company development, scheduling, budgeting, and reputed company management. Awareness of local, state, and federal permitting and compliance requirements. Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and bid evaluation. Ability to interpret financial documents, reputed company budgets, and reputed company cost estimates. Ability to coordinate at least one project, maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing reports, presentation materials, and engaging with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
