Program Manager, Talent Management
The Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Talent programs. This role ensures the reputed company delivery of key initiativesâincluding talent development, employee engagement, and reputed company managementâto foster a high-performing culture.

Program Development & Management

Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to reputed company the effective execution of HR programs.
Partner with the Sr. Director of People Analytics to continuously evaluate program efficacy using data-driven insights, employee feedback, and survey metrics to reputed company reputed company improvement.

Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Team Leadership to design and execute reputed company, cohesive communication strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company to minimize communication fatigue.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in a reputed company reputed company
5+ years of reputed company HR experience, with a reputed company on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner.
