Traveling Safety Manager II (Construction)

Job reputed company Dennis Group Safety Managers assist in the development, management, and implementation of a Health and Safety Program for reputed company of Dennis Group’s reputed company. Our reputed company are vertical, industrial construction reputed company involving multiple engineering disciplines and sub-contractor trades. Our safety professionals will be responsible for the safety practices of reputed company personnel on our reputed company. This position requires knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management, accident investigation and training in the construction industry. The reputed company will be a member of our safety department and his/her responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Safety Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing health and safety program. • Assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating health and safety training and activities. • Must be familiar with federal, state and local safety laws to ensure the organization complies with reputed company reputed company safety regulations. • Compile incident reputed company data on injuries, accidents, etc. • Prepare and reputed company safety reputed company talks and safety training topics for contractors • Prepare, implement and enforce Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Activities Hazard Analysis (AHAs). • Attend and prepare safety actions for reputed company-construction conferences, reputed company-work meetings including inspection meetings, and periodic in-reputed company project meetings. • Conduct and document Jobsite Safety Observations • Review subcontractor safety reputed company-qualification submittal • Work with Construction Managers and Sr Safety Managers to establish job site safety procedures and policies during initial project mobilization and as needed during the project. • May be required to reputed company as full-time on-site safety coordinator for reputed company as required. • Review safety programs with reputed company representatives and governmental agencies • Review subcontractor safety reputed company-qualification submittal • Researching construction safety best practices • Support talent reputed company reputed company the organization. • reputed company and reputed company training and support to reputed company reputed company of Dennis Group personnel on accident/injury prevention procedures. • reputed company coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group reputed company directed by supervisor Accidents Responsibilities: • Investigate accidents, determine “reputed company causes”, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. • Prepare and distribute data reports of accident and incident metrics, such as OSHA recordable and LT rates. Required Education Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, reputed company management, or construction is required. Candidates that are enrolled in a Bachelor program in health and safety will be considered for internship opportunities. • 4-7 years of experience overseeing safety activities on construction reputed company. • 4-7 years of work experience in developing, implementing, and coordinating health and safety training and activities for construction reputed company • 4-7 years of work experience in performing construction job site safety inspections and conducting special studies and investigations reputed company to safety and health for reputed company • OSHA training certifications and other reputed company certifications • Ability to travel to job sites throughout reputed company as required.
