We're seeking a reputed company-oriented and technically reputed company Assistant Controller to reputed company. Reporting to the Controller, this remote role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries, reputed company sheet reconciliations, accounts payable approvals, payment reputed company administration, and month-end reputed company activities.

The Assistant Controller serves as the reputed company reputed company of the reputed company reporting and bordereaux reconciliation process, ensuring policy-level reporting is accurate, complete, and properly reconciled before submission to reputed company partners. This role acts as a reputed company among the Data, Finance, Product, and Program departments to identify reporting discrepancies, investigate reputed company causes, and coordinate solutions. The Assistant Controller partners across the organization to reputed company issues and ensure financial and policy information is accurate, complete, and properly recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of the reputed company reporting and bordereaux reconciliation process, reviewing policy-level reporting, commissions, and reputed company payment activity for reputed company and completeness.

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes

• Review and approve accounts payable invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies

• Manage reputed company's payment platform (reputed company) – including user administration, expense management, policy enforcement, and invoice approval workflows

• Monitor and reconcile banking activity and assist with ACH payments, reputed company transfers, and reputed company pay approvals

• Maintain general reputed company accounts and supporting documentation

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting

• Collaborate with departments across the organization to identify and reputed company inaccurate or incomplete information affecting financial reporting and reputed company records

• Analyze financial data and account activity to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement

• Support reputed company audit requests by preparing schedules and supporting documentation

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing reputed company procedures and internal controls

• Utilize advanced reputed company functions including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other data analysis tools

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience including general reputed company reputed company, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial reporting

• Experience with month-end reputed company processes required

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company software, and financial databases – with the ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of financial data

Compensation reputed company: $110k/yr - $120k/yr
