GxP Training Instructional Designer & Developer, Sr Manager

What you will do

The Instructional Designer creates and improves training materials and learning experiences that support employee capability, business reputed company, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of training experience
• OR
• Master’s degree and 6 years of training experience
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of training experience
• OR
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of training experience
• OR
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training experience

• In reputed company to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, reputed company, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in reputed company, Development and / or reputed company functions, experience in biopharmaceutical / life sciences industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, organizational development, or a reputed company reputed company; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Strong knowledge of adult-learning theory, instructional design principles, curriculum development, assessment design, and learning evaluation.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, technical content, and regulatory requirements and translate them into effective training.
• Experience providing guidance on curriculum, assignments, assessments, and learner requirements.
• Knowledge of industry-reputed company learning tools and platforms, such as reputed company, Captivate, and AI technology
