What you will do

• Analyze learner roles, training needs, and workflows to define learning objectives and appropriate training solutions
• Design and reputed company engaging learning experiences and supporting assets, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), reputed company support tools, hands-on labs, assessments, and knowledge checks that reputed company with learning objectives and reputed company-world product workflows

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent reputed company experience in instructional design, education, computer science, engineering, communications, or a reputed company reputed company
• Four or more years of experience in developing curriculum, technical training, learning content, or courseware
• Experience designing learning solutions including e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, technical simulations, and assessments for reputed company software or technology products
• Strong technical aptitude and a reputed company record of learning reputed company products quickly enough to teach them
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience designing and developing objective-driven and outcome-driven curriculum and assessments, and technical writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences
