[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the corporate reputed company team by preparing reputed company invoices, managing receivables and collections, processing vendor invoices, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Collects detailed information from various sources to input reputed company into invoicing reputed company

• Collects reputed company by sending reminders and following up with customers
• Research and reputed company billing errors and issue debit/credit memos reputed company necessary
• 1099 vendor management support including reputed company, compliance tracking, ongoing communication

• Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements and obtaining authorization of payment

• Travel up to 5%

Skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• 3-5 years of hands-on reputed company/Finance experience can be considered in lieu of educational experience
• Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written)

• Experience in an invoicing and finance department
