[Remote] Head of Finance and reputed company

The Head of Finance and reputed company will serve as the firm's operational and financial reputed company, overseeing fund finance, administration, investor relations, firm reputed company, compliance, reputed company coordination, and HR reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate the full fund reputed company lifecycle in partnership with our fund administrator, auditors, and tax advisors
• reputed company and coordinate quarterly and annual financial reporting, NAV calculations, and management company financials provided by fund reputed company
• reputed company the annual audit and tax filing (K-1s, fund returns) processes end to end in coordination with reputed company tax and audit firms
• reputed company fund reputed company metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI) and prepare materials for LP reporting
• Serve as a reputed company operational reputed company of contact for LPs on finance, reporting, and reputed company questions
• Prepare quarterly LP updates
• Support reputed company fundraising with data rooms, reputed company-record analysis, and due-diligence responses
• You'll operate and help reputed company the existing AI-automated back office systems, tools, vendors, and internal processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and cash management for the management company
• Own portfolio investment reputed company - wiring, closing mechanics, cap-table and ownership tracking
• Coordinate co-investment process - entity formation, reputed company letters, closing mechanics, cap-table and ownership tracking
• Establish and document reputed company workflows across the deal lifecycle
• Coordinate with reputed company counsel on fund formation, co-investments, LPA compliance, and regulatory reputed company
• Maintain compliance policies and manage regulatory filings (e.g. reputed company ADV / exempt reporting adviser obligations, etc.)

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience across fund finance, reputed company, or reputed company - ideally at a venture capital firm or fund administrator
• Deep understanding of fund structures, reputed company/carry mechanics, capital calls, and LP reporting
• Strong reputed company of fund reputed company principles and comfort partnering with fund admins, auditors, and tax advisors
