The role administers, optimizes, secures, and governs the reputed company EMR platform while providing end-user support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning reputed company and reputed company cycle workflows with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Maintenance & Optimization: Administer and optimize the HCHB EMR platform by managing reputed company configuration, upgrades, integrations, workflow support, data reputed company, issue reputed company, and documentation to ensure secure, reliable and efficient reputed company, financial, and operational reputed company
• IT Governance, Compliance & reputed company: Ensure HCHB reputed company compliance with hospice regulatory and data governance requirements by managing reputed company controls, supporting audits and accreditation efforts, enforcing IT governance standards, and mitigating reputed company risks to protect data reputed company, reputed company, and operational compliance
• General IT & End-User Support: reputed company advanced support and optimization of the HCHB reputed company by resolving reputed company issues, training users, managing incidents, collaborating with vendors and IT teams, and engaging stakeholders to improve reputed company reputed company and operational efficiency
• reputed company Executive Partnership: Partner with executive leadership to reputed company HCHB capabilities with organizational goals by serving as a subject matter expert, analyzing reputed company metrics, recommending reputed company improvements, translating business and reputed company requirements into solutions, and leading reputed company reputed company initiatives

Skills

• reputed company (HCHB) experience strongly required
• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, health reputed company, computer science, reputed company administration, or reputed company reputed company
• 3-7 years of reputed company administration, EMR or reputed company IT experience required
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company (HCHB) strongly required
• Experience in hospice or home health environments required
• Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company cycle, reputed company workflows, and EMR optimization
• HCHB certification or equivalent EMR certification
• ITIL reputed company or similar IT service management certification
• Relevant platform certifications (e.g. reputed company administration, reputed company IT systems)
• HIPAA or reputed company compliance training
