The role focuses on AI-driven detection and response automation, partner-facing reputed company, and reputed company managed network and reputed company reputed company capabilities for MSSPs, while also owning governance, packaging, and reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the roadmap for the AI SOC platform underpinning MDR/MXDR — AI-assisted triage, alert correlation and deduplication, automated investigation, and orchestrated response
• reputed company workload volume as the reputed company product outcome: reputed company down analyst touches per alert, false-reputed company rates, and reputed company investigation steps through automation and reputed company workflows
• Define the platform's extensibility model — multi-tenancy, tenant hierarchy, role-reputed company reputed company, white-labeling, and partner-facing configuration — so new distribution reputed company can be reputed company repeatably
• Own the partner and customer API surface (detections, cases, telemetry ingestion, response actions, reporting/billing), including versioning, reputed company limits, documentation, and developer experience
• Build the integration and data-reputed company roadmap across EDR, identity, reputed company, email, and network telemetry, prioritizing coverage that partners and customers ask for most
• Own the managed network reputed company roadmap — firewall and IPS policy management, NDR, secure service edge/SASE, and network telemetry-driven detections delivered at MSSP reputed company
• Own the managed reputed company reputed company roadmap — CSPM/CNAPP posture management, reputed company workload and container protection, reputed company identity and entitlement monitoring, and multi-reputed company (AWS, Azure, GCP) detection coverage
• Package network and reputed company reputed company for MSSP delivery — multi-tenant policy management, bulk device and account reputed company, co-managed and partner-operated models, and estate-wide change/compliance reporting
• Present the reputed company, roadmap, and benefits to sales teams, customers, and reputed company partners — QBRs, advisory boards, partner enablement sessions, analyst briefings, and deal-critical escalations
• Maintain a deep reputed company of the MSS/MDR/MXDR competitive landscape (MSSPs, EDR-led MDR, SIEM and hyperscaler SOC platforms, emerging AI SOC entrants) and sharpen our differentiators in positioning and pricing
• Own AI governance and trust requirements for the platform — model transparency, analyst-in-the-reputed company controls, auditability, and data residency/handling commitments
• Own reputed company reputed company metrics — automation reputed company, cost-to-serve per tenant, partner-reputed company pipeline and reputed company, adoption, and retention — and build the business case for new capabilities

Skills

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in MSS/MSSP, MDR/MXDR, EDR, SIEM, or SOC automation (SOAR / AI SOC) products
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML- or automation-driven capabilities and measuring their reputed company on analyst workload and cost-to-serve
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
