Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools/Web Tools (business components, applets, views, screens)
  • reputed company and maintain workflows, business services, and eScript
  • Customize Siebel reputed company UI (JavaScript, reputed company, CSS)
  • Build and maintain integrations using EAI (reputed company Application Integration), Web Services, and EIM
  • Troubleshoot and reputed company production issues and bugs
  • reputed company reputed company reviews, unit testing, and deployment support
  • Migrate configuration changes across environments (dev, test, production)
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation for configurations and customizations

Skills

  • 5+ years USA,REMOTE
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (configuration and development)
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Siebel reputed company UI, and eScript
  • Experience with Workflow Manager, Business Services, and EAI/Web Services integration
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (reputed company preferred)
  • Understanding of Siebel data model and reputed company architecture
