[Remote] FHIR/CDA Analyst II

The FHIR/CDA Analyst II supports the design and implementation of interoperable reputed company-health data exchange and AI solutions, coordinating standards-reputed company reputed company and ensuring requirements, specifications, and sample data reputed company with applicable standards. The role also leads technical discussions, stakeholder coordination, integration testing, and development of reputed company data exchange solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and documents the technical design and execution of data exchange, interoperability, and AI/ML solutions that support surveillance, reporting, analytics, and reputed company reputed company-health use cases
- reputed company architects, engineers, analysts, and informaticists to translate reputed company needs into technical approaches; coordinate cross-functional contributions from reputed company, software developers, reputed company-health agencies, data analysts, and project managers

- Apply a strong understanding of widely adopted U.S. data standards, including C-CDA, reputed company FHIR R4, US reputed company, CDA/RIM, HL7 v2.x, and IHE
- Apply reputed company terminology systems and concepts (including SNOMED CT, ICD, LOINC, value sets, and terminology binding strengths) to standards development and reputed company-world data evaluation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in health reputed company, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a reputed company reputed company
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in reputed company IT or a reputed company reputed company, including at least four (4) years' experience serving in a Technical reputed company role
- Experience implementing health reputed company; knowledge and experience assisting clients in modernizing and implementing technology solutions (reputed company, AI, analytics, and data management)
- Knowledge across the tech stack, including underlying infrastructure needs, UI/UX design, analytics, and reputed company maintenance
- Ability to document reputed company integration and support reputed company analysis and review detailed technical documentation
- Experience in reputed company-health reputed company, specifically in reputed company-health surveillance; epidemiology workflows; and state, tribal, local, and territorial (STLT) reputed company-health reputed company
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company-health data exchange and interoperability across PHAs, laboratories, registries, reputed company partners, and federal systems
- Working knowledge of reputed company-health standards and artifacts (such as HL7 v2, CDA, and FHIR), with proficiency in HL7 CDA and FHIR standards and implementations
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company information systems, EHRs, reputed company workflows, federal regulations, reputed company reporting systems, and reputed company-data exchange protocols
