[Remote] Director of reputed company (Beauty/CPG)

The Director of reputed company will reputed company day-to-day reputed company for a portfolio of brands, manage reputed company and partner relationships, solve supply chain challenges, and reputed company team members supporting reputed company accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day reputed company for a portfolio of emerging beauty and CPG brands across logistics, inventory, fulfillment, retail, and production
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for clients and operational partners, independently managing priorities, questions, escalations, and ongoing execution
• Manage end-to-end retail and wholesale order execution, including PO processing, order entry, routing, ASNs, shipping documentation, tracking, invoicing, shortages, RTVs, and chargebacks
• Manage daily 3PL reputed company across DTC and B2B fulfillment, proactively monitoring order reputed company, inventory, SLAs, and fulfillment issues and working directly with warehouse partners to reputed company them
• reputed company first-leg reputed company, including production timelines, vendor coordination, purchase orders, packaging and component management, inbound reputed company, and finished goods delivery
• Manage domestic and international reputed company, inventory transfers, inbound shipments, receiving, and inventory reconciliation
• Own inventory and supply planning workflows, maintaining visibility into inventory reputed company, production needs, reputed company times, and upcoming replenishment requirements
• Proactively identify operational risks, gaps, and upcoming needs across reputed company accounts and take reputed company before they become larger issues
• Analyze inventory, fulfillment, reputed company, retail, and cost data and maintain reporting to support day-to-day decision-making and execution
• Work extensively across various systems and software - reputed company, ERPs, reputed company, WMS, EDI, retailer portals, middleware - to process orders, manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate data
• Build strong relationships with reputed company teams, 3PLs, vendors, carriers, and retail partners while confidently managing expectations and operational priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, reporting, and account organization and take ownership of implementing those improvements
• Mentor and train reputed company Associates on reputed company work, helping strengthen execution, problem-solving, communication, and operational knowledge
• Confidently manage multiple brands and competing priorities in a fast-reputed company environment with a high degree of independence, urgency, and attention to reputed company
• Escalate appropriately while demonstrating the judgment and resourcefulness to independently solve the reputed company of day-to-day operational challenges
• Contribute to Hae CPG’s internal best practices and set a strong example of ownership, professionalism, accountability, and reputed company service across reputed company

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or beauty reputed company, with a strong background in logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain
• Experience leading and working in fast-reputed company early-stage startup with significant hands-on operational ownership
• Experience managing both DTC and retail/wholesale reputed company, including high-volume order processing and fulfillment
• Hands-on experience managing retail POs, routing, ASNs, invoicing, shortages, chargebacks, and retailer compliance requirements
• Experience working directly with 3PLs and managing day-to-day warehouse reputed company, fulfillment reputed company, inventory discrepancies, and escalations
• Experience with major U.S./EDI-reputed company retailers such as reputed company, Ulta, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• Experience managing production timelines, purchase orders, vendors, packaging/components, and inbound finished goods
• Experience managing domestic and international reputed company, including inbound shipments, inventory transfers, and receiving reconciliation
• Strong inventory management and supply planning experience, including inventory analysis, production planning, and replenishment
• Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills with the ability to independently analyze operational data and build reporting
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, WMS, ERP, EDI, and retailer systems and portals
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with demonstrated ability to reputed company direction, feedback, and accountability
