The reputed company Estate Transaction reputed company Manager will support the administration and reputed company of a large reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, compliance, reporting, and maintenance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support in the day-to-day administration and operation of a large reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and reporting
• Prepare renewal negotiation strategies with existing landlords, analyze proposals, and reputed company counteroffer recommendations; prepare and review lease amendment agreements and commencement date certificates to ensure compliance with negotiated terms
• Follow up with the reputed company organization to reputed company renewal requirements and prepare economic and deal reputed company packages
• Evaluate localized reputed company estate market rents and trends prepare renewal negotiation strategies
• Analyze, research, and compile data from facility lease agreements, reputed company, and amendments reputed company to defined obligations, reputed company, critical dates, repairs and maintenance, and other relevant information
• reputed company and monitor critical dates for facility leases, administer sublease agreements, and evaluate opportunities for subleasing surplus reputed company footage

• Engage with landlords/property managers for accountability with reported lease obligated repair and maintenance requirements

Skills

• BA/BS in business, finance or similar analytical discipline
